REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in retail merchandising
• Possess initiative and results-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Meticulous and independent
• Good analytical skills and have an eye for details
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently
• Relevant merchandising experience will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of the apparel retail industry and market changes
• Only Singaporean

• Coordination between brands, operations, and supporting senior retail manager to ensure smooth execution of promotion-related activity & stock allocation and consolidation
• Correspondence with Headquarter on season change requirements
• Conduct seasonal buys based on budget and past season performance
• Review new product offers and conduct analysis for order forecast by brand
• To review inventory of past season products and ensure action plan is taken to run down stock on hand to achieve company inventory target
• Work with HK production department to ensure on time products delivery
• Ensure new products are received in store as per planned date
• Stock planning for new shop opening / atrium sales
• OTB (open to buy) planning
