KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide support for the team’s sales and service needs related to funds held on dealer product shelves, recommended lists, models, sub-advised and SMA/UMA platforms.
  • National Accounts initiatives: assist in planning, material preparation and coordination of national accounts projects and initiatives, including team meetings, offsites and other employee/client focused meetings and events, demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills in person, via email and over the phone.
  • Communications: Delivery of weekly National Accounts email in collaboration with team leads.
  • Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines. Prepare, edit and distribute minutes of meetings and other governance reporting. Manage the National Accounts presence on Seismic and SharePoint.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to National Accounts Leads, including handling of sensitive information, expense, and calendar management, and coordinating meetings and appointments. Including the creation of new vendors when necessary.
  • Client Records and CRM: create and edit client’s information as necessary on SalesForce and Seismic. Pull reports as necessary from internal data sources (example: SalesForce and Power BI).
  • Events Management: Coordination of all National Accounts conference needs. Including:
  • Pre-and Post event co-op requirements (taking into account the National Instrument and Sales Practice guidelines)
  • Communicating speaker, marketing and content needs
  • Registering speakers for events, ensuring they have rooms booked when needed
  • Coordinate booth set up and tear down
  • Venue sourcing and A/V requirements when necessary
  • Tracking events & requirements in weekly National Accounts meetings
  • Submitting requests for all speakers
  • CE Credits: Submitting for CE credits before or after event
  • Submitting presentation and sign in sheet to CE Centre for approval and distributing credits
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, including client data and company/employee records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the team, including partners across sales, marketing, HR, legal, compliance, operations, product, analytics and other business lines to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the National Accounts Initiatives.
  • Champions a high-performance environment with the ability to work under tight timelines and competing demands with the ability to prioritize and focus, all the while maintaining professionalism and composure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree strongly perferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft programs (MS Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in CRM / SalesForce and PowerBI an asset
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Knowledge of financial terminology and concepts is a plus but not required.
