Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Services Psyc ED, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital, Spokane, WA
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager in providing overall leadership and direction for the defined department (s) and for creating an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and “Clinical excellence and standards of care.” Supervises all assigned caregivers within the department per current organizational structure.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 2 years RN, with one year in the specialty.
• 2 years Prior nursing management.
