This includes high-level hospitality and business experience, coaching, and overall leadership savvy.
We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Hospitality Professionals on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Assistant Operations Manager will oversee employees in the development of business and in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating positive work culture. Assistant Operations Manager must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. Assistant Operations Manager is an executive leader in the restaurant, is in constant contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant.
Pay Type: $14/hr
Position Type: Full-Time, must have open availability

Responsibilities:

  • Reports any severe employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Hospitality Professionals to the Director of Operations.
  • Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  • Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
  • Responsible for inventory and facilities management
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 - hours and lifting up to 50 pounds

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • Follow Chick-fil-As operational policies and procedures
