ASSISTANT OPERATIONS OFFICER
- Grade 5/6, salary starting from $93,295 up to $102,941 + Super
- Multiple roles permanent and temporarily up to 12 months with option to be made ongoing

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic, innovative, and team-oriented people with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
As an Assistant Operations Officer you will use your initiative to effectively interpret and administer legislation. Ensure customers are compliant with their land tax and duties obligations and to meet performance standards and deadlines. This is an opportunity for you to be part of a diverse group where you can use your broad range of skills relating to customer service, interpretation and application of legislation, continuous improvement, analysis, investigations, problem solving and decision making. You will also need strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain excellent internal and external working relationships.
OTHER DUTIES OF THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Coach and mentor staff to achieve key performance indicators of quantity and quality in a high volume, regionally dispersed team environment.
- Undertake quality assurance reviews within the team to identify training needs and ensure accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive and up to date knowledge of legislation, policies, procedures, and business rules
- Undertake research, investigations, and audits.
- Contribute to the implementation of change through continuous improvement and innovation
