Description:

systems, applications, expertise, and service and repair. Brehob Corporation is seeking an Assistant
Operations Supervisor for our Indianapolis, Indiana location to assist in operations support and
management of employees within our service department. This is a developmental position with our
new Supervisor Training Program.

REQUIREMENTS:

 College degree in business, marketing, technology, engineering, operations, or
organization leadership preferred
 1-2 years experience in similar role preferred

Responsibilities:

 Assist in gathering quotes from vendors via phone, email, and websites
 Updating appropriate quote log(s)
 Provide support to the outside service team
 Ability to work with customers, other employees, in all situations while keeping a
professional demeanor
 Must be proficient in organization, multitasking, communication, and time management
 Source and work on parts for open service calls
 Create open order reports and track them
 Create the fleet maintenance schedule and tracking system
 Facilitate PM and inspection program
 Maintain safety program records
 Facilitate sales and operations meetings
