Description
Following expansion of the trust, we are looking to recruit an inspiring individual into the Assistant Principal role, who can lead the school in its continued success and maintain and develop the school/trust values and ethos.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who;

• Have a clear vision and ambition for 21st Century SEND education, supported by a sound understanding of what makes an excellent specialist school
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the curriculum and what constitutes highly effective teaching, learning and assessment for pupils with complex learning difficulties and a wide range of disabilities, including social/communication needs
• Understand, and empathise with, the lives of children and their families living with learning difficulties and disabilities
• Can inspire and motivate others to be aspirational for all pupils
• Are approachable listeners, with excellent interpersonal and ‘people management’ skills.
