The right-fit candidate will be playing an integral role in our creative endeavours and our end-to-end video production process. You will be collaborating closely with talented professionals to breathe life into our brand promise: Videos Designed to Influence . Your strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and innate ability to contribute fruitfully to the team will be pivotal in driving our vision forward.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 2 years of full-time working experience with transferable professional skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills (spoken and written) in English is a must. Proficiency in another local language is a plus.
• Always keeping the Big Picture in view while making sure all essential details are taken care of in negotiating win-win-win outcomes.
• Capable of working through ambiguity, can work independently to drive impact, and clearly communicate needs and context to all parties involved.
• Demonstrated abilities in managing timelines, budgets and resources effectively in order to successfully deliver high-quality projects.
• Experience in the media, creative or video production industry is an asset.
• “Your network is your net worth” - A growing network of industry contacts and freelancers whom you can call upon with confidence is also an asset.

• Assisting in all stages of pre-production, production filming and post-production, including research, casting, location sourcing, scheduling, engaging of freelancers (creatives, crew and post) and functioning as Assistant Director on set.
• Contributing to the delivery of top-quality creative work and the running of an efficient production process through the project life cycle.
• Assisting in the developing, writing and presenting of ideas, concepts and visual references.
• Supporting the management of client partnerships and leading clients through the entire production cycle confidently.
• Providing clear direction and timely communication among clients, creatives, production and post teams in order to drive the effective and successful completion of projects.
• Working with project budgets and ensuring projects are consistently delivered within budget.
• Assisting in pre-interviewing of profiles, researching and scriptwriting.
• Contributing to the development, improvement and execution of systems and best practices.
