QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience; focused training in Technical Design, Product Management, Product Development or relevant experience preferred
• 0 - 2 years professional experience in relevant industry an asset
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word/Outlook), Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Understanding of Flex PLM or similar PLM software is an asset
• Must haves:
• Attention to detail, initiative, organization, strong verbal & written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Self-motivated, strong sense of urgency, and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment
• Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills
• Curiosity for change & learning, capable of managing ambiguity
• Familiarity or proficiency with Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear) is an asset • Ability to lift 10kg as needed

  Compensation and Benefits Package
  lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300-72,600 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as HYBRID under our SSC Workplace Policy:
In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
