Assistant Project Engineer

• Responsible for prospecting, identifying and establishing new clients.
• Develop a sales pipeline to support future sales and business planning.
• Responsible for the preparation of tender responses, solution proposals and quotation for clients.
• Meeting KPIs for sales quota through Power products, Security Products, Maintenance services and related projects.
• Expand customer base and increase market share by constantly following up with clients on electrical power system and server room requirements.
• Preparing Marketing Kit for Product Presentation to decision makers when necessary.
• To prepare Sales Quotation
• To monitor and follow up existing customers on Electrical Installation License for renewal before expiry date.
• Coordinate and liaise with site respective officers (PE) or site supervisor on detail drawings, Layout planning and understand the site requirement.
• To prepare, submit and follow up applications through the “Approval of Authority” related to government agencies or authority.
• To prepare and maintain all project management documentation in accordance to company’s best practices
• To assist in planning, monitoring & reporting of projects’ work in progress and ensure successful completion within planned timeline.
• To assist in preparation of the electrical products data & draw Engineering Drawing in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the clients, project team, supplier, and sub-contractors.
• Attending industry workshops, seminars, exhibitions and related networking sessions to gather Market Research and Promote awareness of company’s products and services.
• Any other duties as assigned.
