Description:
Job scope
a. Manage A & A works on site
b. Prepare weekly progress reports, meeting minutes and other project documentation
c. Prepare Project HSE plan and adherence on site
d. Liaise with clients / consultants and our project leaders
e. Understand additions and omissions and design change notice procedures and documentation
f. Update Schedules and timelines
g. Oversee overall project documentation
h. Execute risk identification and management
i. Ensure project sign offs
j. Perform any ad-hoc job / projects as and when assigned by Manager / Directo
