Assistant Project Manager

Manage the entire project cycle from inception to completion
Strong Interaction and coordination with Client and Consultant on programs, drawings, contractual matters and feedbacks.
Carry out daily site walk throughs to ensure compliance across the worksite; compliance with contract specification and quality of work
Manage Subcontractors and Suppliers
Coordinate and attend project management meeting with project team regularly
Produce project meeting minutes and documentation
Monitor project progress, budget and quality and update Project Manager or the next higher level and take instruction accordingly
Monthly progress report, progress claim and cash flow submissions
Monitor samples, materials, shop drawings, RFI, AD, AI and RVO submissions and approvals
Responsible in handling over and taking over process with client and consultants.
Follow up on defective works during Defect Liability Period (DLP)
Provide post project follow up service to Consultant and clients
Other duties assigned by Project Manager or the next higher leve
