Vard Interiors is a turnkey supplier of interior, insulation, and HVAC-R systems for the maritime industry. We offer a variety of different interior solutions and strive to provide an attractive working- and living environment on board for our customers.
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help us follow up and support the Project Managers for our Vietnam projects. This position is located at our offices in Tennfjord. The responsibility will be to follow up procurement, plans, logistics and other tasks given by the PM to make sure material is arriving in due time according to the plans in the different projects. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in project management, logistics or supply chain management
- Previous experience from project management in shipbuilding related industries
- Knowledge of shipbuilding processes
- HVAC or interior knowledge
- Good computer skills (excel, word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities:
- Support the PM in following up procurement and logistics
- Support the PM in following up productionplan
- Follow up other sister vessels built in Romania and Norway to make sure agreements with owner and main project are implemented in Vard Vung Tau (Vietnam) projects.
- Other tasks given by the PM.
