JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION:
Two years post high school education or equivalent experience desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum two years office experience.
- Experience with electrical industry helpful.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, internet navigation, and Adobe.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Strong organizational skills. Able to manage time effectively
- Ability to pay attention to details and understand cause/effectStrong math aptitude
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and cognitive skills
- Ability to work independently, with flexibility and adaptability to workplace situations/expectations
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project files in a consistent and orderly manner. Close out and archive project folders as required.
- Create weekly Quotation Schedule and distribute to internal and external customer.
- Request Approval Drawings from manufacturer reps and assemble submittal drawing packages.
- Assemble operation and maintenance documents based on project requirements.
- Create preliminary ship schedules and maintain weekly updates. Work with manufacturer reps to ensure on time performance.
- Assist Project Sales I and II associates by performing internal and billing related change orders in Job Management.
- Perform customer returns in Job Management and work with Project Managers to resolve defective and damaged product issues.
- Participate in continuous training sessions and “Lunch & Learns” to stay current with and increase industry knowledge.
