WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in managing high volume of correspondence and mailbox management.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive research, interpretation and apply critical analysis skills.
  • Skills in reporting and administration. Skills in using MS Office applications and project management tools.
  • Skills and knowledge in financial processes, including Purchase Orders and Invoicing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sound written communication skills.
  • An understanding of and an interest in government and political processes is also desirable.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

The primary purpose of this role is to provide high level of administrative and operational support. This includes a range of project planning, development, reporting, implementation and coordination activities to support the effective delivery of projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Assistant Project Officer will be responsible for coordinating administrative delivery of programs/projects, including managing correspondence, liaising with stakeholders and reviewing data where required. You will also support with financial processes and reporting.
Other key tasks will vary from project to project.
