Due to progression and rapid growth within the team, our client are currently looking for a standout Assistant Property Manager to learn from the best and progress in their team.

Responsibilities:

  • 1-1 support in place - learn from the best!
  • In and out of office duties
  • General administration
  • Entry, routine and exit inspections and reporting
  • Arrears management
  • Organising maintenance
  • Leasing duties
  • Taking general telephone enquiries
  • Responding to emails/requests from landlords and tenants
  • Preparation of contracts, Leases and new tenancy information
  • Database management
  • Processing tenancy applications and bond refunds
