Description:

Work in close liaison with all psychologists and the admin service providing a flexible support role, often at short notice, to maintain the smooth running of the department, providing crosscover as needed and as appropriate to the role Support the coordination and delivery of workshops, courses, bespoke team work, and other initiatives (e.g the Staff Trauma Support Pathway, ACT for Wellbeing course, StartWell >EndWell approach to fostering team wellbeing). This may, with experience and support, include co-delivering training and workshops to groups of healthcare staff.[AP1] Play a key role in the development of creative, engaging, and accessible staffinformation resources relevant to the service, working closely with both the psychologists and the admin team Contribute and maintain the information on the staff wellbeing intranet pages According to experience, undertake supervised clinical work as agreed with the designated supervisor; this may be 1:1 (including signposting colleagues to onwards relevant support) , group work (e.g. ACT for wellbeing) or team sessions Facilitate and coordinate Breathing Space, our drop-in mindfulness sessions for healthcare staff, managing individual distress and group dynamics as needed, under clinical supervision Supporting our assessment and evaluation processes, preparing, administering, and analysing self reported, validated questionnaire measures and key performance indicators; Maintaining databases and reports regarding the clinical, audit, and research activities undertaken by the department working with the support manager to prepare quarterly reports for key stakeholders, and others as needed; liaising with our research partner Co-develop team assessment and summary reports as part of bespoke team work Work to a Job Plan (reviewed at least annually) and linked to this, a professional development plan and annual appraisal. Fully participate in clinical governance processes, service meetings, clinical audit, improvement initiatives, observing local and national guidance.
