Assistant QS (open pass)

• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Survey or duties
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, main contractors, developers and subcontractors
• Able to handle fast-paced environment
• Verification of Subcontractor Works

Requirements:

• Preferred Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/Surveying Works in construction firm for senior post
• PC Literate (MS Word/Excel), AutoCAD/BIM/REVIT is a bonus advantage
