Description:
- Prepare and provide Measurements and Estimates within targeted time schedule.
- Prepare list of potential, pre-qualified tenderers for procurement-bid invitations, comparison, analyse and evaluate Pre-qualification of tenderers.
- Prepare Tender Documentation including preparation of tender evaluation report
- Contract adminstration to ensure proper documentation of records, correspondences
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
