As a global organisation spanning 65 countries and one rooted in a culture of growth, opportunity, diversity and innovation, LSEG is a place where everyone can grow, develop and fulfil your potential with meaningful careers.ROLE PROFILE:Executes on the day-to-day operations and project management for the Function, and manages, monitors, and advises on Group and Function policies and procedures.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:- Supports the Corporate Affairs & Marketing (CAM) function’s strategic planning process with CAM Leadership Team and partnering closely with CEO Office and Group Strategy- Partners with teams across CAM on their interlocked planning with the businesses to ensure we meet also divisional and local objectives.- Delivers executive reports and presentations – including Weekly ExCo Updates, Quarterly Business Reviews and Board Reports for the function - delivering clear, concise executive-level work products.- Supports the operating rhythm for the function, including maintenance of the operating calendar, ensuring awareness and visibility for LT of important events, deadlines and commitments- Prepares planning and reporting metrics and commentary mapped to CAM’s strategic objectives, allowing CAM leadership to track and improve the function’s performance- Maintains a single planning tool (and processes) across CAM to create a single “version of the truth” with reporting to aid decision making and prioritisation.- Work in partnership with Performance & Improvement team to ensure that all activity planning is in-budget, properly forecasted and delivers to agreed KPIs.- Work in partnership with teams and leaders across CAM to facilitate repeatable processes and seamless sourcing of information in a timely and efficient wayWHAT YOU’LL BRING:- Relevant qualification- Previous experience in operations teams.- Previous experience in planning and developing and using relevant analytical tools and processes such as Workfront.- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages to audience and appropriate for senior executives. Writing and editing (English language) excellence is a must-have.- Specific proficiency in writing business reports- Marketing and Communications knowledge
