WHO DO WE NEED IN OUR CREW?

The Assistant Sales Manager role is a challenging mix of hands-on action and strategic leadership. As a key member of our management team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales team, leading the crew by delivering coaching where needed to drive the department to success. We’re looking for someone who’s as energetic as they are organised; a problem solver with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2+ years Inbound call centre experience
• Proven Management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Sales and KPI focused with a track record in delivering results
• Effective communication skills across a range of mediums, including phone, emails and social media
• Weekend availability, either Sat or Sun
