WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Performs the most basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities. Works with mentor to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer contact

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

• Responsible for attending to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress with the customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation and supervise sub-contractors work at the site.
• Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications, and be able to manage system applications, drafting, database generation and commissioning of the systems under your care.
• Perform 24/7 standby duty for complaint and breakdown.
• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repair .
