We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Birkenhead Point Store, set to open this June! We are looking for a candidate who connects with our vision and joins the conversation by launching our legacy, communicating our message and creating an elevated customer and team experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Supporting the Store Manager to empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
- Working with Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
- Motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Driving operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
- Sunday - Thursday roster
