- Generate and analyse financial reports, including end-of-day and consolidated profit reports
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Address and resolve staff queries quickly
- Handle and address regular customer complaints
- Work flexible hours, including opening to closing times and restocking period
