SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven Sales and Retail Management experience
• Ability to train, develop and mentor a team of 6+
• Sound understanding of meeting KPIs, P&L Reporting & Sales budgets
• Execution in meeting Visual Merchandising standards or promotional setups
• Eye for detail when it comes to interior design with a solution-focused sales approach
