Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations in conjunction with the Store Manager. Ensuring we deliver on our Best in class Linen Chest experience on every visit while achieving corporate goals is our priority.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Daily presence on the Sales floor; including actively selling to achieve targets;
  • Associate coaching and development;
  • Recruitment & training;
  • Validating & maintaining store standards;
  • Executing operational & merchandising directives;
  • Scheduling & payroll responsibilities;
  • Ensuring a dynamic, inclusive & safe work environment.

The Assistant Manager assumes full responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 yrs experience in a retail management position;
  • Strong business acumen, including KPI analysis and creating Action Plans;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Highly skilled in delivering best in class Customer experience;
  • Superior Time management & delegation skills;
  • Dynamic personality with strong team building skills;
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
  • Must be available weekdays, weekends, evening shifts
