Assistant/Store Manager (Luxury Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standards.
• Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintain healthy customer relationships, and keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
• Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Retail Manager orders of inventory.
• Work closely with the Retail Manager on sales activity and being part of store events.
• Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
• Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Brings along at least 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, high-end retail environment or in a similar capacity.
• Passion in the retail industry, good communication, and leadership skills
• Able to adapt into a fast pace environment
• Independent and a team player
