Responsibilities:
In this Sunday to Thursday, 38 hours per week (including late nights) role, you will work alongside our amazing Store Manager to go above and beyond our customers’ expectations! You must have:
- Previous management experience, preferably in retail - essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment – we are really popular!
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
