JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Use system engineering skills to develop MBSE products related to directed energy weapon architecture development and design.
• Support research and analysis activities and prepare documentation for reviews and reporting.
• Shall implement and comply with Army policy issuances and changes.
• Engage in meetings and reviews e.g., tiger teams, working groups, ad hoc meetings, and integrated process teams (IPTs).
• Gather, review, analyze and process information from meetings for analysis, implementation, and general program data to aid with digital product development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or relevant technical field and at least 2-3 years of experience in systems engineering.
• Must have experience with modeling languages like SysML, UML, or similar
• Must have experience with Cameo Systems Modeler (or similar).
• Must be a U.S Citizen.
• Current Active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance within six months of hire.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous MBSE experience, preferred.
• Prefer experience with directed energy weapons, preferred.
• Prefer experience requirements development and tracing, preferred.
• Prefer familiarity with one or more of the following software applications: DOORs, ModelCenter, Teamwork Cloud, and SolidWorks, preferred.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain the clearance.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Occasional Travel; 10% or less.
• If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Able to sit and work on a computer for long periods of time.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
