Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. This role is pivotal in assisting with the implementation of their unique curriculum and ensuring each child’s individual needs are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play and structured activities.
- Ensure the classroom is a safe and welcoming space, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Observe and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and the lead teacher.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Assist with maintaining classroom cleanliness and organization.
