YOUR SKILLS
- Completed commercial / business management training
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Good project management skills, knowledge of transformation and change management, control and communication desirable
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good verbal & written communication skills
- Very good time management and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexible, determined, team-oriented and adaptable way of working with high resilience
- Good contacts within the Adhesive network desirable, especially to the office support on the board and other department head positions
- Fluent English language skills, 2nd foreign language desirable

Responsibilities:
- Administrative & organizational support of the department management as well as the entire General Manufacturing and Maintenance (ACM) team on site with the following tasks:
- Calendar maintenance, appointment organization & coordination
- Organization & coordination of meetings, conferences & workshops
- Correspondence for department management incl. processing telephone calls & emails
- Active participation in transformation and change management projects
- Planning, booking and organizing business trips as well as travel expense reports
- Organization & coordination of the onboarding of new colleagues, as well as relocations & office refurbishments
- Various tasks such as orders, IT coordination, visa applications, support for colleagues from other locations if required
- Support in the creation of presentations, as well as preparation & follow-up work for committees
- Maintenance & creation of sharepoints & distribution lists
- Evaluations of internal reporting tools
- Collaboration in international department projects
