We are on the hunt for a Travel Points Hacker to work with on a project-by-project basis.
This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion and expertise in maximizing travel rewards, an eagle eye for the best flight and hotel deals, and a masterful understanding of loyalty programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

  • Demonstrable expertise in travel hacking, with a proven track record of significant savings and luxury travel experiences through smart use of points and miles.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit card rewards, airline miles, hotel points systems, and strategies for maximizing travel rewards across various programs.
  • Proficiency in using travel planning tools and resources to manage bookings, track rewards, and identify strategic opportunities for rewards maximization.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills to manage complex travel arrangements and multitask across various planning platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to deal with service providers and ensure the best travel experiences and value.
  • Problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing travel landscapes and last-minute itinerary changes.

Responsibilities:

Travel Rewards

  • Expertly navigate and exploit various travel rewards programs, including airlines, hotels, and credit cards, to maximize points and benefits tailored to our family’s travel needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, program changes, and promotional offers to ensure the family always benefits from the best deals and opportunities.

Travel Planning and Coordination

  • Plan, book, and manage all travel arrangements, including leveraging points for flights, hotels, and unique experiences, ensuring preferences and luxury standards are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively handle travel disruptions, rebooking, and itinerary changes to maintain smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.

Credit Card and Loyalty Program Management

  • Analyze and optimize the family’s portfolio of credit cards for travel benefits, recommending strategies for points accumulation and effective rewards use.
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging with loyalty programs, including status achievement and maintenance, to enhance travel benefits.
