The opportunity

  • We are looking for a switched-on administrator with insurance experience to join our team in this 12 month fixed term contract, as a result of parental leave

Your new role

You will be an integral member in the team, providing:

  • Insurance & administration support to the Underwriters and the team on insurance policies from new business, Mid Term Adjustments (MTAs), and renewals through to their cancellation or lapse.
  • Support for activities such as managing credit control, production of Certificates of Insurance & processing policies and schedules.
  • Develop good working relationships and ensuring timely communication with all internal customers and stakeholders.

About you

You will enjoy being part of a team, making a difference to the business through your solid administration and customer service focus and:

  • Work well under pressure and use your initiative to make decisions quickly and concisely
  • Have experience in an administration role with a focus on attention to detail,
  • Experience within the insurance industry.
  • Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Excel & enjoy learning
