Your New Role:

  • You will be at the helm of producing and reviewing key liquidity reports, including Internal Liquidity Metrics, regulatory ratios, and various liquidity-related analyses.
  • Work closely with diverse teams across regions, ensuring a holistic understanding of financial products, market trends, financial management reporting, and regulatory frameworks like Basel III.
  • Take on the responsibility for pioneering new reports, upholding the highest standards of regulatory and internal guideline adherence.
  • Champion the alignment of Reconciliation & Validation controls to ensure uniformity in accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with global peers to standardize practices in Liquidity Reporting, sharing your expertise and adopting best practices across the board.
  • Play a critical role in the identification and documentation of process gaps, guiding the evolution of the financial reporting function.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, complemented by at least 8 years of experience in financial reporting and management reporting.
  • Proficiency in global consolidation and financial analysis within the IFRS and IAS reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in Product Control reporting, reconciliation processes, or regulatory reporting.
  • A thorough comprehension of the Balance Sheet and its impact on finance operations within the banking sector.
  • An analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and the ability to understand complex financial products.
