JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is a Japanese Listed Finance Company. They are looking for an Assistant Vice President(Structure Finance) who will report to the Vice President and be responsible for renewable energy origination.

【 What you will be doing 】

  • Conduct analysis, identify and propose possible structured financing or potential renewable energy-related projects in APAC, India and Oceania region from the information provided to the management.
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential deals and markets in various aspects.
  • Conduct due diligence.
  • Prepare necessary materials for relevant parties.
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders including headquarters in Japan.
  • Propose and participate in networking events (focusing on the renewable energy segment)

REQUIREMENT

【 What they are looking for 】

(Must)

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, commerce or finance
  • At least 3 years of structured finance deal origination or closing experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analyzing cash flow models for projects.

(Preferable)

  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiar with Japanese working culture would be an advantage.
  • A team player and proactive.
