Assistant, Volunteer Management (Dover)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support Volunteer Manager on Recruitment and Onboarding of Volunteers.
• Facilitate in Volunteer Deployment.
• Support and execute programs and initiatives with volunteers for our residents.
• Generate report and statistics.
• Organize festive events, village gatherings.
• Stand in for volunteers to lead certain games, art and crafts etc.
• Volunteer Evaluation and Appreciation.
• To undertake tasks as assigned by Volunteer Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work on 1 weekend per week to support volunteer programs.
• 5 day work week.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Good organisational ability, is resourceful and is able to see project from inception to completion.
• Discern sensitive issues and offer reasonable council/suggestions to solve the problem or handle the situation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office & other creative software is advantageous, but not mandatory.
