Description:
QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- ICSA graduate, preferably with degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law/IT related disciplines.
- Min 5 years of corporate secretarial experience in a senior position, including as named company secretary, and currently operating in managerial capacity.
- Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act. A high degree of professionalism, ability to communicate with all levels of management, as well as having integrity and decision-making skills.
- Exposure to investment and financial industry would be useful.
Responsibilities:
- To independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.
- To be involved in the smooth running of operations of the teams, including being involved the in the design of new processes or systems and/or the improvement of existing processes or systems.
- To oversee/mentor junior members of the team.
- Work scope would include:-
- Handling a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities including, but not limited to, organising board/board committee meetings, taking minutes of meeting, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, amongst other tasks assigned.
- Contributing to the management and growth of a team of effective professionals to serve clients’ needs, including work review, coaching and staff development.
- Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
- Manage clients’ deliverables to ensure that agreed timeline is met.
- Other matters as may be assigned or may arise from time to time relating to the delivery of services to the client.
