JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Packaging & Assembling Industry/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in packaging, auto packaging equipment, budgeting, costing, warehousing and SAP knowledge.
• Good leadership, strong mechanical, analytical & problem-solving skills on auto equipment and people.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & customer service oriented.
• Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.

• Ensure efficient daily operations of packaging, particularly focusing on the optimal performance of automated machinery.
• Address customer needs and maintain a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Innovate and implement new processes for packaging operations and warehouse management using automated equipment.
• Establish roles, responsibilities, and future plans for the department.
• Collaborate with other departments, including headquarters, to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide supervision, development, and guidance to staff in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor warehouse activities to maximize space utilization and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet Workplace Safety & Health standards.
• Oversee administrative tasks to ensure efficient processing of paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment, including regular maintenance of packaging and warehouse equipment.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
