• Vorerfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Organisationstalen

• Appointment coordination
• Travel planning
• Travel bookings
• Organization of workshops
• Support in the area of customer care
• Preparation of projects and presentations
• Preparation and summary of meetings

Qualifikation

• Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Kundenbetreuung
• Gute Englisch Kenntnisse
• Vorerfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Organisationstalent
