KEY SKILLS

  • Experience working in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR and minimum 6 months as a Junior Account Executive, demonstrating your ability to drive results and exceed targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with partners and customers over the phone, leveraging outstanding communication skills to create lasting relationships and drive success.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up, essential for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process-driven mindset and ability to take ownership of the sales process, driving efficiency and effectiveness to achieve business objectives.

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes on a monthly and quarterly basis, demonstrating consistent performance and exceeding expectations.
  • Educate customers and partners on how CloudM solutions can address their unique needs and deliver tangible benefits, effectively showcasing the value proposition.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners in the territory, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and other internal stakeholders to ensure customers receive maximum value and have a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proactively reach out to partners to offer support and further develop those accounts, demonstrating a commitment to mutual success.
  • Manage and respond to all incoming sales queries from prospective and existing partners, providing timely and relevant information.
  • Support existing and prospective Partners through their CloudM Partner Journey, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on practice staff and contact details, including adding new leads and opportunities.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of CloudM features and functionality by staying up to date with CloudM training and webinars, ensuring expertise in the product offering

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Associate Account Executive, you are passionate about sales and driven to make an impact in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the small and medium business sector. Reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, you will work closely with the wider sales team based in Manchester.
