Description:

The Associate Account Executive within the Programmatic Team will be focused on leading the execution and analysis of mid-market revenue across the Disney portfolio, which includes: ABC, ABC Owned Television Stations, ABC News, Disney+, ESPN, Freeform, FX, Hulu, and Nat Geo for their defined region.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will act as the day-to-day point of contact for the implementation of programmatic buys with a focus on mid-market agencies & industry verticals, as well as serve as the main point of contact for the Disney Advertising Sales teams for the stewardship of deals. In addition, this position will be focused on analyzing data from various sources to drive strategy for programmatic revenue on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Through partnership with Sales and our clients, this position will be responsible for providing the following services below.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

  • 5+ years required; 6 years preferred of media sales experience
  • Extensive agency and industry vertical including DSP, SSP and Agency trading team contacts within the assigned region

Responsibilities:

  • Programmatic strategy by account and category based on analysis from daily, weekly, and annual trends
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new clients across Disney’s various portfolios as well as look at trend data from various sources (i.e. GAM, Magnite, eMarketer, etc.) to develop actionable strategies to increase revenue as
  • Work with DAS Sales & Marketing to integrate addressable & programmatic offering into packages that align with client objectives
  • Ownership of all reporting capabilities to track revenue, generate sales leads and act as a consultant for the DAS sales team in assigned region
  • Work closely with programmatic technology partners (internal/external) to manage and troubleshoot day to day business needs
  • Work with Ad Platform Operations teams to provide guidance in the creation, implementation, and servicing of Private Marketplace deals with sales team to drive programmatic revenue
