Responsibilities:

Act as a primary contact for Small Accounts:

  • Introduce SkyCell and our services in case of new enquiries
  • Identify client potential and either follow up or hand over to Business Development, depending on the opportunity size
  • Create and share offers for Small Accounts based on a general tariff and follow up with the client
  • Support the client and internal departments to ensure smooth shipments and collaboration

Support Business Development with Medium Sized Accounts:

  • Accounts onboarding & lane implementation after the commercial agreement
  • Liaise with internal teams and the client to ensure seamless business transition
  • Ensure process alignment and awareness of responsibilities for all involved parties
  • Escalation point for incidents and irregularities
  • Provide forecasting on existing lanes
  • Create & maintain client SOPs
  • Handle damages & claims towards clients
  • Follow up on payment accuracy
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Create & distribute Internal / External Reports
  • Support the Commercial Teams when required
