A bit about what you will do
Long-term partnerships with our clients and referral sales are how we’ve grown. So, having the best people to look after our clients is critical. That’s where you come in.
As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with client stakeholders at all levels. You’ll also need to be organised, motivated and good at working with colleagues to solve problems and deliver new projects. Success will be measured by client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
You’ll report to the Head of Account Management and will be responsible for maintaining strong, positive and profitable relationships with 30-50 clients of varying size and spending levels.
The role is home-based with an expectation of travel to Sheffield HQ once or twice a month.

Key Responsibilities

  • To retain and grow existing client relationships, understand the client’s needs and ensure our software is best configured to meet these needs.
  • To introduce and demonstrate new products and features to customers.
  • To train or arrange training with the customer and their users.
  • To produce project proposals including functional stories, for customer-required projects, engaging with all Tribepad stakeholders to determine costs and delivery timescales.
  • Using CRM and other tools, maintain records of customer contacts including questions, issues, config change requests and new feature requirements.
  • To manage and swiftly resolve any client escalations.
  • To provide regular updates to the business on customer satisfaction and issues that need resolving.
  • Provide advice and guidance on customer recruitment processes and how they can be adapted/evolved to work best within the Tribepad systems.
  • To take end-to-end ownership of internal work requested of you, escalating any dependencies and risks where relevant.
  • Be positive and professional at all times with customers and colleagues.
  • Deal with occasional evening & weekend queries from customers.
  • To support Tribepad in meeting its environmental targets.
