KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 12+ years of experience in architecture
- Excellent communication and experience mentoring or managing a team
- Strong experience in delivering projects from start to finish
- Ideally experience in industrial projects
- Excellent at liaising with clients and being client facing
- Leadership experience and knowledge of running teams
- Autonomous worker and good at finding information
- Background in industrial projects is ideal. Health, transportation, or large format retail experience may be considered as well.
- Experience bringing in clients would be a bonus however not essential
