Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to join our team, someone who is passionate about project delivery and driving business growth.
As an Associate specialising in Project Delivery and Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of their architectural projects while also contributing to the expansion of their client base and market presence. You will collaborate closely with our talented team of architects, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting their firm’s services to new and existing clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in project delivery within the architectural industry, with a strong track record of successful project completions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives, including lead generation, client relationship management, and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in architectural design and project management.
