Associate Attorney

An Associate Attorney with some experience in Civil Litigation is wanted for immediate employment on full time basis. The ideal candidate should be computer savvy, ready to be organized, punctual, responsible, efficient, detail-oriented, and personable. Strong in computer and writing skills are a must. You will be interacting with clients and proposed clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel daily.
Prior experience is necessary and an added advantage. We will gladly train any candidate to realize his or her full potentials. On that note, someone who is able to learn quickly is greatly welcomed. Spanish communications is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prelitigation and litigation matters, court appearances, motion practice, etc.
• Make calls, Answering calls, and log phone calls into legal software;
• Support general office needs and speaking with clients;
• Preparation of legal documents and court filings;
• Maintain office calendar and clients files;
