Description:
Boutique employment litigation firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area has an immediate opening for a Contract Attorney! This Contract Attorney will join a growing team of legal professionals, focusing on employment litigation on behalf of companies. As a Contract Attorney, you’ll assist with projects related to legal research, motion drafting, and discovery management. This position is 40 hours per week with an initial one month term and potential for contract extension. If you’re looking for interim or supplemental work and to grow your employment litigation career, this is the role for you! This position is 100% remote. The ideal candidate will be a California licensed attorney and have 1-10+ years of California-based civil litigation experience; prior employment law experience is a plus but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Minimum of 1 year of California-based civil litigation experience, with a focus on employment law preferred but not required.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
