WHAT YOU NEED (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
- Between 1 and 3 years in Marketing and/or Innovation
- At least 1 year of experience as Brand Assistant or similar
- Project Management experience is highly preferred
- Advanced English Level
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Associate Brand Manager for Personal Care in the Brand Innovation Group you will support in brand strategy development, by finding opportunity spaces and developing product and communication proposals for the Latin America region! New products development project management, handling time tables and owning the project with a cross functional team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support in building brand growth strategy
- Leading product development to ensure readiness for launch dates across Latin American region
- Briefing and partnering with communication agency for development of regional communication strategy
- Embrace digital transformation
- Partnership with all subsidiaries in all countries in LATAM
