Description & Requirements
We are looking for a newly graduated talent to join our M3 Sales application team in September 2024, as a development business analyst.
Our industry leading M3 product provides broad business support, where sales is a key process for our customers. The sales application covers the complete process from sales to delivery and invoicing.
Based in our Linköping office, you will work in a talented team in a true international environment. The team holds a broad range of competences, from application experts to associate product developers.
As a business analyst, you will learn a lot.
You will analyze requirements, design functional solutions, test, document and learn to take ownership of the full product life-cycle. Our development approach is team-centric, so you will adopt agile work methods with focus on cooperation. You will gain intuition about business practices across different industries and create technical solutions to address those realities. You will gradually understand the architecture of a powerful large-scale system.
Starting your career is exciting and we would like to guide you in this. You will join an early talent program where you together with fellow graduates and the guidance of an assigned mentor will grow into your position.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Solution analysis and design for new functionality as well as improvement of existing business functionality.
• Work with the entire system development life cycle, from the drawing board to an executable feature.
• Assist and guide Infor colleagues as an M3 application expert with deep functional knowledge within an area.
• Share your ideas with fellow business analysts, collaborate with programmers, discuss new requirements with product managers.

What You Will Need:

• A genuine interest in IT and software development
• A team player with ability to structure and work independently.
• Curiously, taking on challenges and finds joy in continuous learning.
• Creatively addresses big-picture problems with a detailed-minded solution approach.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex and abstract concepts.
• Academic degree within Engineering or System science.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
