As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be part of our rotational Associate Business Analyst (ABA) program designed to allow you to gain experience and training in each of the following departments: Pricing, Finance, Business Operations, Contracts, and Program Management. This program will allow you to explore areas of the enterprise to gain a high-level understanding of both the company and the Aviation/Aerospace industry. Each rotation will consist of 2-3 months of on-the-job training and work experience. You’ll be responsible for completing ABA program learning objectives in each rotation and have the potential to secure a permanent position within one of the teams after completion of the program depending on current openings at the various SNC locations.
